Terra Cotta Repair & Replacement

Architectural Glazed Terra Cotta was used extensively in building construction between the 1880’s and 1920’s.  The ability to create molds and replicate ornamentation was popular for decorative cornices, trim pieces, as well as entire facades.  Unfortunately, as a building material it is more susceptible to damage from water infiltration.

Regionally, Mid-Continental is one of few masonry restoration contractors with much experience in the repair and replacement of this building material.  With over 30 years of experience specific to terra cotta restoration, we successfully completed dozens of high-end terra cotta restoration projects.
