MCR is proud of having a long history of 75 years helping building owners and property managers preserve their facilities. During this span, we have developed some of the finest craftsmen known to the masonry restoration industry.
We have dual retirement plans including an employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) and a 401k. We have been 100% employee-owned since February 2001. Every year our ESOP allocates shares of stock to qualified employee accounts. This allows all employee owners to share in the retirement benefit that is driven by growth and prosperity of the company. We also have a traditional 401k plan with a very robust company match.
