MASONRY CLEANING

The accumulation of pollutants, biological growth, or paints and coatings can be detrimental to the longevity of any masonry structure.  The cleaning of these surfaces should be considered regular maintenance.  However, this cleaning should be handled carefully, and by experienced personnel.  This includes selecting the appropriate cleaning method.

Our team at Mid-Continental is experienced in using the “mildest means possible”, to avoid damaging the often very delicate details of the “historic fabric”.  We employ a variety of cleaning methods, ranging from low pressure water soaking, to chemical cleaning, to various micro-abrasive methods.

"The men did an excellent job. They were very careful of surrounding property, and upon completion made sure we were entirely satisfied with their work."
