Schifferdecker House – Joplin, MO

The historic Schifferdecker House underwent a complete renovation where MCR was contracted to restore the exterior brick, stone, and terra cotta to its original appearance. This included cleaning the exterior masonry surfaces; reconstructing displaced areas of masonry; replacing deteriorated masonry units; and repointing all of the mortar joints. The original craftsmanship that went into the building as well as restoring this structure is phenomenal!
