National Research Corporation Building Progress

Progress is continuing for the exterior restoration of the National Research Corporation Building in Lincoln, Nebraska. We used chemical strippers and water to remove the existing exterior coating. We are now in the process of replacing defective masonry and terra cotta units , as well as re-pointing defective mortar joints. After the repairs are completed, we will recoat the brick and terra cotta surfaces with a breathable coating to protect it from the elements.
