The Sulgrave-Regency Condominiums are high end luxury condominiums one block south of the famous Country Club Plaza in Kansas City, MO. MCR was contracted to repair and preserve the exterior masonry and entry-way fountain. Work scopes included brick replacement, mortar joint repair, sealant replacement, structural concrete repair, balcony repairs, traffic coatings and wall coatings.
