Located across the road from the famous Country Club Plaza in Kansas City, Locarno Apartments is a high end luxury apartment complex. MCR was contracted to restore the exterior masonry facade which consisted of cleaning the masonry; repointing mortar joints; re-caulking and painting the windows; replacing corroded steel window lintels; repairing deteriorated stone and terra cotta.
