Jackson Condos – Omaha, NE

This historic warehouse building had been previously converted into high-end condominium units.  The initial renovation failed to address much of the needed masonry restoration contributing to ongoing water penetration.  This project involved repointing of mortar joints, installation of thru-wall flashings, replacement of steel window lintels, repair of structural concrete, and application of masonry coatings.
