Arvest Bank – Tulsa, Oklahoma

MCR was brought in by Arvest Bank to help revitalize the exterior of the downtown Arvest Bank building in Tulsa, OK. The limestone panels were showing dirt, biological growth, and silicone bleed at each panel joint from the silicone joint sealants. We were contracted to clean the entire square footage before applying a silicone elastomeric wall coating to the surface. During the process, we also addressed the leaking windows by replacing the perimeter sealant and wet-sealing the gaskets, along with removing the failing coating from the balcony surfaces before installing a decorative deck-coating system to the surface.
