Springfield MO – One Parkway Place

One Parkway Place in Springfield is a 15 story condominium building in the heart of Springfield. The building was suffering from several active leaks through the EIFS facade. To remediate the leaks, MCR was contracted to seal cracks in the facade; thoroughly clean the facade surface; and install an exterior elastomeric coating system.
