Action Update – Our restoration crews have been getting it done!
The View Condominiums
Progress continues on The View Condominium Project, overlooking the Missouri River, in downtown Kansas City, Missouri. Our experienced team is restoring the exterior, structural concrete elements using form and pour methods, as well as hand patching smaller areas.
National Research Corporation Building
Progress is continuing for the exterior restoration of the National Research Corporation Building in Lincoln, Nebraska. We used chemical strippers and water to remove the existing exterior coating. After the repairs are completed, we will recoat the brick and terra cotta surfaces with a breathable coating to protect it from the elements.
Magnolia High School Panther Stadium
In 2022 our team performed renovations to the Magnolia, Arkansas High School Football Stadium. The scope of work included removal and reinstallation of the bleachers; painting of the stadium fascia; repairing deteriorated concrete; handrail upgrades and repainting; and application of a polyurethane traffic coating system.
Boston Avenue United Methodist Church
We recently completed a restoration project for the Boston Avenue United Methodist Church, located in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The restoration of this 250-foot-tall building was aimed at revitalizing its nearly 100-year-old Art Deco architecture.
Sophian Plaza
Our team has completed a restoration of the historic Sophian Plaza condominium building. This project consisted of complete removal and replacement of all decorative cast stone units above the column capitals within the colonnade, as well as the structural concrete beam in which they were anchored.
