This project involves the repair of concrete balconies on the 17-story View Luxury Condominium building in Kansas City, Missouri. The main focus of the project is to address deteriorated concrete on the balconies. Swing stages are being used to facilitate easier access for the removal and replacement of damaged concrete. Effective coordination and professional communication are essential for managing access to the private balconies during the repair process. The balcony railings are removed prior to the repairs, and new railings installed after repairs are completed.
